Editable roadmap — turn on Edit to rename items and categories, add or remove them, and drag the sliders to change date ranges.

Tip: ✎ Edit → click a bar for its date sliders and owner assignment; rename a Group header to rename the category; set a lane’s Group field to move it in/out of a category (blank = standalone).
Hover a bar — or a task name that’s too long to fit — for its exact dates, duration and owners.
People — add names in the bar above the chart while editing; outside edit mode, click a name to gray out everything they don’t own (click more names to combine, Show everyone to reset).
KPIs — while editing, hit + KPI on a lane header to set an outcome the lane owns (metric, current value, target, target month, and a dashboard URL). Outside edit mode the chip is clickable and opens that dashboard in a new tab. Pace colour is derived from where we are between the chart start and the target month — nothing to set by hand.
Reordering — while editing, use ▲▼ or drag the ⠿ handle; moving past the top or bottom of a lane drops the task into the neighbouring lane, and dropping on a lane header appends it there. Export data saves your changes to a file.
